Whether you are a general pediatrician, hospitalist, family physician or academician, WIAAP provides the critical information and professional support you need to practice the best possible medicine for kids in the state of Wisconsin.

Collaborative relationships with government, fellow medical societies, educational institutions and advocacy groups lend your voice to issues you face in your practice.

WIAAP meetings include ‘hot topics' presented during our Open Forum afternoon sessions.  We rotate our business meetings around the state to reach out to all of our members.

• Advocacy
  • The chapter is a primary resource and partner for state agencies, policy makers and other non profit advocates when dealing with children's issues and positively influences the quality of pediatric practice and the welfare of children in Wisconsin.
  • Increase your knowledge of and participation in legislative and advocacy activities at a local and federal level.
  • Promote the interests of Wisconsin pediatricians in the American Academy of Pediatrics.
