To participate, call (608) 237-5850 before 11:00 a.m. and enter the passcode 7052257, when prompted. After the teleconference, please fill out the online teleconference evaluation (exit DHS). You must complete the teleconference evaluation in order to earn continuing education hours (CEHs).

In 2010 the chapter teamed with the Wisconsin Council on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to form the Wisconsin Alliance of Child Psychiatry and Pediatrics (WACPP). WACPP aims to close the gap in access to mental health training for primary care providers.
In October 2010 WACPP launched a monthly teleconference, This initiative is funded in part by a grant from the Charles W. Landis, MD Endowment held by the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation.
The group is working toward improved referral and communication between primary care and specialty providers and building and improving access to a referral guide within the state.
Child and adolescent mental health scorecard
WIAAP is an Advisory Committee Member of the state-wide Child and Adolescent Mental Health Scorecard project directed by Wisconsin Family Ties. This project examines the feasibility of a scorecard of key indicators to measure the status of Wisconsin's child and adolescent mental health system to help inform health policy decision making. A model scorecard will be developed and tested with stakeholders and potential users.
The Advisory committee brings together individuals and organizations with expertise in children's mental health, policy formulation, epidemiology and workforce issues to help plan and advise the project.
