The Wisconsin Department of Health Services’ Title V Maternal Child Health Program is conducting a survey to identify and prioritize child health quality improvement (QI) opportunities. The results of the survey will be used to build a portfolio of QI projects with Maintenance of Certification Part IV credits for pediatric primary care providers.
Organizations contributing to this effort include:
- Wisconsin Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (WIAAP)
- Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care (WAPC)
- Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ)
- Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin (CHAW).
You are an important partner in efforts to improve child health quality. Please complete the brief survey by June 14 and consider forwarding to other pediatric primary care providers within your organization.
