The Pediatrician's Guide to Poverty Resources
Share |

In 2014, WIAAP launched an outreach effort to provide resources to primary care providers whose patients and families may need a guiding hand in locating resources of all kinds.

In cooperation with the Children's Health Alliance of Wisconsin (CHAW), the Pediatrician's Guides to Poverty Resources have now been updated and will assist pediatricians and others in connecting families to the supports they need. We thank CHAW for sharing these invaluable resources.
