The Wisconsin Cancer Collaborative is now accepting applications from organizations seeking mini grants up to $5,000 for activities that offer psychosocial support to cancer survivors (such as support groups or survivorship classes, including exercise courses). Eligible organizations include health systems, community clinics, tribal health systems, or community-based non-profit organizations. Organizations applying should be based in Wisconsin.
- Proposed grant activities should align with cancer survivorship activities included in the Wisconsin Cancer Plan 2020-2030.
- Activities should take place between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
- Programs must already exist; we are unable to fund new programs this year. However, expansion of an existing project may still be eligible for funding.
- Excluded activities include, but are not limited to: travel, conferences, health fairs, survivor day events, and “goodie bags”. Fundraising and advocacy activities are also not eligible to receive funds. Proposed activities will be reviewed to ensure they meet our requirements.
- Not a member of the Wisconsin Cancer Collaborative? You are still eligible to apply (but will be asked to join upon receipt of notice of award).
- If you have questions, please contact info@wicancer.org.
November 26th is the deadline to apply.
