The Wisconsin Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (WIAAP), in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (UWSMPH), is conducting a needs assessment with school nurses throughout the state of Wisconsin. Input from this effort will shape future support and resources and strengthen school health services.
Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and can be stopped at any time. All questions are optional and all responses are completely anonymous; there is a question for contact information should you want the research team to respond to any questions you may have. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
The survey will be available until Friday, December 18, 2020.
